Eligibility Criteria For Ishan Uday Special Scholarship Scheme
The applicant must be a resident of a North Eastern state, such as Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, or Nagaland (only for the Ishan Uday special scholarship scheme).
The applicant must be enrolled in the first year of a degree program (Ishan Uday scholarship). The applicant must be in the first year of a standard master’s degree program (PG Indira Gandhi scholarship).
