The Jaipur Development Authority is accepting online applications for residential plots in Zone 11 in Jaipur. A total of 359 residential plots are available for people in the LIG and MIG categories. Mohan Lal Sukhadia Nagar, Dahmikhurd, Ajmer Road has 194 plots available, and Priyadarshini Nagar Estuary, Sanganer has 165 plots. These plots will be sanctioned through a lottery procedure. The JDA New Scheme 2024 online registration for these plots began yesterday. Before the deadline, applicants should apply online at jda.urban.rajasthan.gov.in.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for LIG, the applicant’s family’s annual income must be Rs. 300,000/-.
To apply for LIG-B, the applicant’s family’s annual income must be between Rs. 300000/- and Rs. 600000/-.
To qualify for the MIG category, the applicant’s family’s yearly income must be between Rs. 600,000/- and Rs. 1000000/-.
A bank account in the applicant’s name is required.
The applicant, his/her wife/husband, or dependent must not own a home in any part of the state.
JDA must not have allotted any plots or houses in the applicant’s name in the previous ten years.
The applicant must be a resident of the state of Rajasthan.
The applicant must be at least 18 years old.

Procedure to Apply Online For JDA New Scheme

To apply, go to the Jaipur Development Authority’s official website.

Go to “Registration for Allotment in JDA Residential Schemes” from the website’s home page.
When you click the “proceed” button, a new page will appear on the screen.
There, you will notice “Flats for Economically Weaker Income Group (EWS)” on selected plots in Javipra’s Anand Vihar / Surya Nagar / Kheda Jagannathpura residential complexes, and you will need to click the “Proceed” button once again.
Then, select the “Apply for registration” option.

Enter the applicant’s name and phone number.
Verify your mobile number by clicking the “Send OTP” button.
Then complete the Your Profile form with the requested information.

Fill out Your Profile with the requested information now. After successfully logging in, you will see a list of residential schemes in front of you.
Open a new tab by clicking the Select button option.
Choose your Category and Annual Income Criteria carefully now.
Following that, you must choose the scheme for which you want to fill out the application form.
It is now time to carefully pay the Registration Amount and Processing Fee.
Now, select the Mode of Payment and make a successful payment for scheme registration.
You will receive a Registration Number and a Payment Receipt after making a successful payment. Please save it for future use.

Procedure to Register Grievance

First, visit the Jaipur Development Authority’s official website.
